  • I offer individual online therapy for adults. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and anxiety.

  • My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based treatment for eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. I draw from CBT- and DBT-informed strategies, along with mindfulness and trauma-informed care, to support both emotional regulation and behavioral change.

In our work, we also slow down to notice patterns in thoughts, emotions, and the body. This helps you build awareness of what’s happening internally and begin responding with more clarity and self-compassion.

Alongside this, I hold a meaning-centered perspective—helping you understand not just what you’re experiencing, but what those patterns may be communicating about your needs, emotions, and lived experience.

  • It means we work with both your thoughts and your lived, internal experience.

We explore patterns, beliefs, and behaviors while also paying attention to what’s happening in your body—your cues, sensations, and stress responses.

Over time, this helps you become more aware of your internal experience and respond to yourself with more steadiness and self-compassion.

To schedule a consultation, click here, or reach out to me directly by phone or email.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less notice—or missed without notice—may be charged the full session fee. This policy helps me hold your appointment time just for you.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
